Emma (retired)

Elegance Emma

Emma is indeed my foundation dog, but she is also much more than that. She is my heart dog, my canine soul mate. From the first sight I knew and hoped to experience crazy adventures together. Intrepid, fiery, intense in what she loves, there is never a dull moment with my beautiful love. She is full of energy, is always ready to work and learn new things. On the other hand, it also has an excellent “switch off”. In rainy weather, she can spend a whole day glued to me listening to movies. She is very expressive both in photos and in real life. She knows what she wants and how to get it. Here we call it  affectionately our Germaine because clearly the rest of the pack knows who the little boss is. Very affectionate, she loves everyone, she loves giving kisses to all humans who cross her path when possible. She is not afraid of anything or anyone, she is a very balanced dog, comfortable in her hair and in her head. She has always been a big fan of Frisbee. We can play with her for hours but she never gets tired. I tried different dog sports with her before finding what she really likes, swimming and rat sports. In a few months, we have won several titles at the ASR (Association de Sport Ratier) both in Grange, in Broussaille, and in Ga-Rat-Ge. For 2024, we will continue to compete together at the ASR to obtain Champion titles in the different categories. I also aim to participate in BHA (Barn Hunt Association) competitions to seek different titles of course but first and foremost because she looooooooves “looking for the bug”. She gave me two magnificent litters, was an extraordinary mother to 21 little poodles. She was extremely gentle with her babies, cleaning them with great care and breastfeeding them until they were over 10 weeks old. Now I can't wait to see what kind of grandmother she will be...
