We nickname her Little Effie not just because she is the smallest in my pack with her 40 pounds but also because she is sweet, calm, calm and very easy to get along with. She is not big but still bigger on her leg than her mother Emma with her 23 inches at the withers. It has a magnificent structure. She is as intelligent as her mother but for the rest we think we are seeing the double of her uncle Emmett better known as Uncle Emmett. Moreover, the two get along wonderfully, Effie is clearly her uncle's favorite. Me and my partner are constantly amazed at the resemblance in temperament, energy and attitude between these two.
She also excels in obedience rallying, whether at the CCC (Canadian Kennel Club) or CARO. We haven't been in competition yet, I wanted to let her age and mature first. We will get started on it soon. As with her half-sisters Maelie and Maeva, I want to seriously introduce her to the sport of ratting. I hope that she has inherited her mother's instinct. Tricks, obtaining your Canine Good Neighbor title and scent detection are also on the list of things I want to accomplish together in the coming year.
You can find all of Effie's medical information on the website OFA.
